What We Commit To
Minimizing the lifetime cost of a component(Reducing total cost across every step of the part's manufacturing process).
There are cost-reduction opportunities in parts that are only visible to those deeply involved in parts machining. By drilling down into these, we can minimize cost at every
step: design
development, single-unit prototyping, trial production, production ramp-up, and mass production machining.
Reducing the cost of each step in the component manufacturing process—that's what
"minimizing the lifetime cost of a component" means.
Five Strengths
To ensure customers can place orders with confidence, we offer 'the best' through a comprehensive balance of cost, quality, engineering proposal capability, and end-to-end support from prototyping to mass production. From the prototype stage — with mass production in mind — we propose the optimal manufacturing method using Nadaka's expertise to its fullest.

point 01
Minimizing Total Part Lifecycle Cost
Nadaka provides optimal proposals tailored to each stage of a part's life — from design development, single-unit prototyping, trial production, production ramp-up, and mass production machining, all the way through to service parts — minimizing lifecycle cost. In addition to over 70 years of precision machining experience built alongside our customers, our culture of frank cross-departmental discussion on improvement opportunities generates 'whole-system optimization' proposals that go beyond local optimization. This enables us to reduce not just the unit price in front of us, but the part cost viewed over the long term across the entire lifecycle.
-
point 02
Rigorous Quality Management & Environmental Commitment
Nadaka is actively committed to building a rigorous quality management system and addressing environmental concerns. Our Japan plant holds ISO9001 certification, establishing a quality assurance framework based on international standards to deliver stable product supply and high-precision manufacturing. Our Thailand plant holds IATF16949 certification, positioning us to meet the stringent quality requirements of the global market including the automotive industry. We also comply with international quality and environmental requirements (PPAP, chemSHERPA, IMDS), contributing to supply chain reliability for our customers. We hold the KES-STEP2 Environmental Management System certification and are actively engaged in environmental improvement activities to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.

point 03
Machining Difficult-to-Cut Materials and a Wide Variety of Materials & Shapes
With the Challenge-Driven Manufacturing DNA we have built over 65+ years, we handle machining of all difficult-to-cut materials including Inconel, titanium, and CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic). Beyond supporting a wide range of materials, we can machine workpieces in diverse shapes including castings, die castings, lost wax, forgings, bar stock, and cut materials. For materials or shapes you are unsure who to turn to, please feel free to consult with Nadaka first.

point 04
Greater Flexibility Through Our Overseas Factory!
In prototyping, we specialize in difficult-to-cut material machining, multi-axis turning, and medium-size part machining. Even for highly complex operations, our Challenge-Driven Manufacturing DNA allows us to propose the optimal process. We machine a wide variety of precision components for demanding fields — including automotive, aerospace, hydraulic equipment, construction machinery, measuring instruments, and medical devices — to high quality.
