Service Our Business

What Nadaka can do What Nadaka can do

At NADAKA Corporation, we offer a one-stop service encompassing not only complex lathe machining, which is our greatest strength, but also lathing, machining, grinding, and assembly. This allows us to propose the best manufacturing methods for the entire product, not just individual parts. Furthermore, we have over 100 production machines and measuring instruments with various features, enabling us to handle a wide variety of materials, including difficult-to-machine materials such as heat-resistant steel, as well as iron, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper. We can also process materials of various shapes, including castings, forgings, lost-wax castings, bar stocks, and cut materials. We are certified with ISO 9001:2015 in Japan and IATF 1649:2016 in Thailand, ensuring our customers can rest assured of our quality control during the manufacturing process. With our "challenging manufacturing" DNA, cultivated over more than 70 years, we provide our customers with products they can trust.

Grinding

Equipped with surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, and centerless grinders, we handle tight dimensional tolerances and surface roughness requirements that cutting alone cannot achieve. While many companies outsource grinding to specialists, Nadaka completes the entire process in-house as a one-stop service, enabling cost reduction and shorter lead times.

Assembly

Currently we handle assembly and sub-assembly for aerospace, food processing, environmental equipment, and hydraulic equipment applications. Leveraging our expertise across diverse fields, we can accommodate any assembly requirement. We also accept stand-alone assembly orders using customer-supplied parts.

Prototyping & Mass Production

Prototyping

In prototyping, we specialize in difficult-to-cut material machining, multi-axis turning, and medium-size part machining. Even for highly complex operations, our Challenge-Driven Manufacturing DNA allows us to propose the optimal process. We machine a wide variety of precision components for demanding fields — including automotive, aerospace, hydraulic equipment, construction machinery, measuring instruments, and medical devices — to high quality.

Our Prototyping Capabilities

  • Difficult-to-Cut Material Multi-Axis Turning

Precision multi-axis turning of difficult-to-cut materials is our greatest specialty. We achieve micron-level precision even with difficult-to-cut materials such as stainless steel, titanium, and Inconel.

  • Medium-Size Multi-Axis Turning

For parts slightly larger than micro-machining — medium-size helical multi-axis turning in the 10 mm to 200 mm range — trust us to deliver. We machine precision components for demanding fields including automotive and aerospace to high quality.

Mass Production

We offer flexible manufacturing to match our customers' production pace, from mid-volume runs of 100 or 1,000 units to large-scale production of tens of thousands per month. In particular, through the integrated collaboration of our Japan plant and Thailand factory, we handle everything from small-lot to high-volume production consistently. To deliver the same quality from our Thailand factory as our Japan plant, we have implemented a stringent inspection system. We also achieve mass production of complex shapes and difficult-to-cut materials through our long-cultivated fixture development expertise. We pursue every day how to produce better products faster.

Mass Production: Technology & System

  • Superior Fixture Development Capability

With Nadaka's advanced fixture development capability, we handle complex shapes, difficult-to-cut materials, and projects other companies turn down.

  • Overseas Production System

Our Thailand factory is capable of large-scale production of tens of thousands of units. We provide high-quality, low-cost products.
