VALUE
Proposal-Driven Manufacturing
SDGs & ESG
In order to remain a company with value through manufacturing, we believe that our existing activities in talent acquisition, employee training, technology development, quality improvement, and resource conservation are aligned with the goals of the SDGs. Rather than starting something new and special for the sake of the SDGs, we will utilize the SDGs to further improve our current business activities and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.

Solar Panel Installation Completed
(November 2022)
To address environmental concerns, Nadaka installed solar panels at our new Factory R-2. By utilizing renewable energy, we are reducing CO₂ emissions in our parts manufacturing process and contributing to the prevention of global warming. We also believe that the introduction of self-consumption power generation is highly effective from a BCP perspective, enabling stable parts supply even during disasters or power outages.
Environmental Management System in Operation
Nadaka obtained certification for the KES-STEP2 Environmental Management System in 2010. KES is an environmental management system standard developed in Kyoto that requires the implementation of nearly the same items as ISO14001, and certification is granted only to companies that actively engage in environmental improvement activities. As a company based in Kyoto — the city where the Kyoto Protocol was adopted — we are sincerely committed to addressing environmental issues.

Social Initiatives
At NADAKA Corporation, we conduct a wide variety of in-house training programs to ensure we can offer our customers 'the best' through a comprehensive production approach that balances cost, quality, technology, lead time, and responsiveness. Through diverse programs — including technical training, productivity improvement, self-management, B-to-C innovation, and technical guidance at our Thailand factory — we work daily to enhance not only technical skills but also creativity, human qualities, and motivation, striving to be a partner that contributes to our customers' business success.
Promoting "Work Style Reform".
We begin by improving the working environment so that all employees can provide better service to customers with healthy minds and bodies. We promote a comfortable workplace environment, reduction of long working hours caused by excessive overtime, and greater uptake of paid leave and parental leave. We will continue to improve so that all employees can work in good health and we can remain a trusted partner our customers can count on.
Building an Equal and Diverse Workplace
Regardless of age, gender, ability, or nationality, we are committed to creating an equal workplace where everyone can work with ease. We believe that by cultivating a diverse workforce and enhancing the creativity of all employees, we can offer better proposals to our customers. We aim to build a workplace that is equal, rich in diversity, and where everyone feels they are contributing to society.

ISO9001 (Quality Management System)
Certification
From the time we obtained ISO certification in 2004 to the present, we have steadily built up our QMS (Quality Management System). We continuously work on clarifying accountability across all business flows from inquiry to delivery, maintaining and improving product quality, and driving continuous improvement through the PDCA cycle. We keep refining 'quality' — the most important element for any manufacturing company — every single day.
DDOP(Data Driven Optimized Production)System Development
By accumulating a wide range of organizational data and making it accessible to every employee, we are developing DDOP (Data Driven Optimized Production) — our proprietary system for achieving optimal production. Through 'intangible asset creation of internal operations' and 'budget-vs-actual management,' we achieve minimum cost and shortest lead times, delivering the current 'best' to our customers.
Holding Quality Management Committee Meetings
Once a month, we hold a Quality Control Committee meeting with the attendance of group leaders and above. We share a wide range of information — including previous month's profit-and-loss analysis, defect correction status, improvement plan progress, and safety/health reports — reviewing from multiple perspectives that there are no issues with current management. By building a culture of high transparency, we aim to achieve management that earns the trust of our customers.
